Sydney Tower Eye runs Quiet Mornings outside opening hours with the sound off, lights dimmed and numbers capped per time slot, at $5 a person with carers free, and sends a visual story after booking; dates are posted on its site.
Free sensory backpacks with a timer, soft toys, Lego and a trivia booklet can be borrowed at reception with a ticket, and trained staff will ride the lift with anyone nervous of heights.
