Inneston and Marion Bay sit at the entrance to Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park, on the southern tip of the peninsula.

Family-suitable walks include the Inneston Historic Walk (1 hour, 2km loop) around the old gypsum-mining township, the Stenhouse Bay Lookout Walk (1 hour, 2km loop) and the Royston Head Hike (2 hours return, 4km).
