Kondalilla National Park, about 91 km north of Brisbane in the Blackall Range near Mapleton and Flaxton, has a swimming hole at the top of Kondalilla Falls reached by short tracks, including a 1.7 km, 45-minute Picnic Creek Circuit and a 4.7 km, 2-hour Kondalilla Falls Circuit; the lower pool on the longer circuit is not suitable for swimming, and camping is not permitted in the park.
