Its water play is a Kaiser & Kühne channel-and-weir set with stepping stones, where children move and dam water by hand rather than running through jets. Swings, slides, musical play, spinners, rockers and climbing equipment are laid out on soft-fall under several shade sails, linked by concrete paths. Use is free, with on-street parking. Wheelchair-accessible public toilets are about 20 metres from the playground; the nearest baby change is at Cook shops, close to 3 km away.
