Hamilton, QLD
Hercules Street Park at Hamilton has a small walk-through sprinkler area that Brisbane City Council describes as a gentle way for toddlers to cool off in the warmer months. It is free and sits next to the park's playground, with seating and shade nearby and toilets about 40 metres away. The smaller scale makes it a quieter choice than the bigger aqua parks, and it is close to the Northshore Hamilton riverfront.
In Hamilton, Hercules Street Park has a bright yellow playground made from reused shipping containers.
