Along the northern and southern banks of Parramatta River, Parramatta, NSW
River Foreshore Reserve follows both banks of the Parramatta River in the city centre. Its district playground pairs a sandpit with pulleys and a water play element, adventurous climbing gear and a long slide set into a grassy bank; this is not one of council's splash-pad water playgrounds, and it is free to use. Public art, shaded seating, picnic tables, an outdoor gym and bike paths line the reserve. The nearest toilets are at Powerhouse Parramatta, about 180 metres away, and baby change is at PHIVE, roughly 580 metres off.
