Tjilatjirrin Reserve playground, off Tulip Street in Sandringham, sits within an active reserve alongside a cricket oval and baseball pavilion. Bayside Council's upgrade added a giant sandpit with mechanical diggers, a water play area, a timber lookout with slide and accessible ramp, a basket swing, a spinner bowl and monkey bars, all free to use. Public toilets are about 80 metres from the playground on Spring Street; the nearest baby change is about 1.5 kilometres away.
Along the bay, Tjilatjirrin Reserve in Sandringham has a lion theme, mechanical diggers, a giant sandpit and water play.
