Darling Harbour, Sydney, NSW
This is the Darling Harbour children's playground at Darling Quarter, 1-25 Harbour Street, beside Tumbalong Park. Its water area has hand pumps, streams, jets, water scoopers, screws and dams for moving and holding back water. Dry play includes an eight-metre slide, a 21-metre flying fox, climbing frames, long swings and a sandpit with a digger. The playground is open 24 hours and costs nothing. Toilets are about 30 metres away, and there is baby change at the Liverpool Street toilets, about 70 metres off.
In the city centre, Tumbalong Park has big slides, a flying fox and a large water play area with pumps and fountains.
