Angus Neill Reserve is on the Esplanade at Seacliff, beside the beach. The City of Holdfast Bay lists water play here without describing it, alongside a sandpit, nature play, climbing, slides, a carousel, balancing and baby, basket and standard swings under shade sails. BBQs, a picnic shelter, seating and lighting are provided, with on- and off-street parking. Toilets with accessible and baby-change facilities are about 35 metres from the playground, which is free to use.
