Central Avenue Reserve in Hallett Cove is built around a climbing cube with a net, rope swing, wall, balance ladder and a tunnel slide from the top. A zip-line flying fox runs between the 3-on-3 court and a picnic shelter. Younger children have a sandpit with a dual-lever digger and a hand water pump beside it, plus baby and standard swings. Trees give shade. The reserve has no toilets; public toilets with baby change are about 240 metres away on The Esplanade. Entry is free.
