The Redbank Plains Recreation Reserve has a toddler playground, a skate park and a remote control car track. Spring Lake Park in Springfield Lakes has a playground by the lake, with a boardwalk and toilets. In Brassall, Haig Street Quarry Bushland Reserve pairs its playground with barbecues, bush trails and a lookout. The reserve is open from 6am to 6pm. Richardson Park in Goodna has zero-depth water play and a boat ramp, close to the Goodna Aquatic Centre.
In central Ipswich, Bob Gamble Park has a zero-depth water park, a spider-web climbing frame and a 25-metre flying fox. Its Discovery Forest adds forts, balance beams and a bridge over a dry creek bed. The water play runs from 8am to 6pm. At Spring Mountain, Silver Jubilee Park has an adventure playground, a toddler play area and shaded barbecues.
Further west in Lowood, Clock Park has a children's play area, a skate park, a basketball court and exercise equipment. In Laidley, the Lions Park playground was upgraded in 2026 with new Australian-made equipment.
