In Port Macquarie, Livvi's Place at Westport Park is fully fenced, with a pirate ship and a large carousel. Its water play area sits next door and closes in July. At Coffs Harbour's Lower Park Beach Reserve, children can play on an eight-metre jellyfish sculpture made by local artists. Queen Elizabeth Park in Taree has a fenced playground on the banks of the Manning River. Banora Point Community Centre Park has a bird's nest swing, sensory spaces and a shade sail.
In Forster, Palmgrove Park is beside the Cape Hawke Surf Club, with a seesaw, spring rockers and a kiosk in summer. The inclusive Tuncurry Rockpool Playground has a slide tower just over eight metres tall and a flying fox.
In Lismore, Heritage Park has the Gigadome, a climbing dome built for children aged five and up. A miniature railway runs around the park on Thursdays, weekends and school holidays. In Tweed Heads, Livvi's Place at Jack Evans Boat Harbour is an inclusive playground that opened in 2023.
